Product Description: The E-04 is a 406 / 121.5 Mhz ELT and is FAA TSO approved for install in general aviation aircraft.  This ELT is a sold as a complete kit including antenna, panel remote, audible buzzer, antenna, and cables.  For faster search acquisition and a smaller search radius, the ELT can accept an external GPS input from SkyView HDX or AF-5/6000 EFIS systems.   Main ELT lithium battery back is good for five years. ELT remote requires Duracell 28L battery (not included). ELT warning buzzer requires CR2 battery (not included).  Compatibility GPS input is compatible with AF-5/6000 or SkyView HDX displays and any attached GPS. GPS input is not available for single AF-5/6000 systems with ACM and with PS Engineering remote audio panel.  In such applications, GPS can be provided from a dedicated GPS capable of NMEA 0183 9600 baud output, or panel can be upgraded to a dual AF-5/6000 system at a future date, allowing GPS input to ELT at such time.   Reference Install manual Antenna dimensions ELT DIN soldering guide Service advisory static suppressor
